My desire to learn and grow

While I may not have formal experience in these areas, what I do have is a deep curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. 

As I was discovering Zu, and the Account Coordinator role, I was instantly interesting in learning more about the industry and better understanding the tools, the knowledge, and the thinking required to contribute to the team exceptionally.

RFP's - what they are and my take on a proposal

I had no idea what a RFP was, so it was time to dig in and learn as much as I can. Included is an attempt to reverse-engineer one of Zu’s responses to a potential RFP by Sasktel.

Drupal: More Than Just a CMS

Although having a bit of experience with WordPress before (including this very site), I was unaware of the Drupal ecosystem. Critical to Zu’s work, it is necessary to have an understanding of this powerful CMS. So again, time to learn.

Design Thinking: How Empathy Shapes Real World Solutions

I thought that Design Thinking was something just for web designers , until I realized that it is all about people. It’s a potent tool for effectively solving real-world problems. It connects the dots between empathy, collaboration, trust, and constant iteration, and it’s a critical part of Zu’s work.
